Stacey Eleuterius Barber
Stacey was born and raised in Biloxi/D’Iberville, MS on the MS Gulf Coast. Stacey has been a licensed real estate agent on the Mississippi Gulf Coast since 1999. She started Premier Properties in 2001 and specializes in Commercial Sales, Leasing and Development as well as Residential sales. She has personally overseen approximately $300 Million in commercial acquisitions, divestitures, site sales, restaurant development and commercial leasing since 2001.
Throughout her career, Stacey has exclusively represented commercial developers such as Encore Enterprises, by overseeing all sales and retail and restaurant leasing for Lakeview Village in D’Iberville From 2001 until 2009. Lakeview Village was a 150 acre master planned mixed use retail development at the intersection of I10 and I110.
Since 2015 she has exclusively represent a large franchisee for a National Quick Serve restaurant chain and has developed over 30 restaurants in 5 states for them to date. She has identified the locations, completed market analysis, analyzed demographics, negotiated leases. Prepared corporate Site approval packages and presented them to client and parent company Alike.
She began her career in residential sales and has represented residential and condo builders by selecting floor plans, interior and exterior materials while overseeing all sales and marketing.
Stacey holds an active brokers licenses in MS, TX and CA.
Carrie Taranto-Chipley
A Mississippi Gulf Coast native, Carrie was born and raised in D’Iberville, MS. For 26 years, she co-owned and operated her family’s business, The Dinner Bell Restaurant. In the early 2000's, Carrie pursued her passion of real estate and accomplished the recognition as a top producer along the Gulf Coast in her first year of her career. This quick success lead to a permanent position in a development team for commercial, retail, and hospitality developments. After the devastation of Hurricane Katrina, she was able to focus her real estate career specifically on developing her hometown of D’Iberville.
Her genuine love for the community made her involvement with the commercial developments along Sangani Blvd, Cinema Dr, and the surrounding area of the Promenade an easy pitch to national retailers and local businesses, alike. Together with her mentor, Stacey Eleuterius Barber, the team effort secured more than than 80 million dollars in investments in D'Iberville.
Successful business ventures, determination, and creative thought process have given Carrie the unique experience, perspective, and qualifications to assist clients with all real estate needs including residential, commercial, and development consulting.
Carrie was elected to the D’Iberville City Council as a representative of Ward 2 in 2021 and proudly serves her community as well as real estate clientele.
Savanna Mattina
Savanna is a Gulf Coast native born and raised in Biloxi. She has been in the service and sales industry for over 13 years and decided to make a transition into real estate this year. Savanna has two daughters and lives in North Biloxi with her fiancé Brad.
She is the proud daughter of Anthony Mattina II, Mr. Biloxi himself. Through her childhood he has taught her many things at a young age in the business world and so naturally comes from great work ethic and all around great character. She is a wonderful asset to the team given her people skills, since she's never met a stranger in her life. Her presence and charm is as natural as it comes.
